REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing our service plan at https://www.splendourr.com.au

In line with providing our customers with the best quality and client experience, we have established a considerate refund policy.

 

REFUNDS 

We deal in digital services. Still, we offer refunds to our customers for satisfaction. Kindly read the below mentioned refund policy terms. 

  • For the online product - "The 30days relationship challenge", a full refund is given within 7 days (including weekends and public holidays) from the date of purchase before customers view the 4th lesson. The first 3 lessons are given for free. Should the customer view the 4th lesson, a refund won't be provided although it’s within the 7 days period.

  • For live paid workshops or masterclasses (online or offline) - Refund is not provided. There is a 7 days cooling off period (including weekends and public holidays) starting from the purchase date and before the commencement date of the workshop or masterclass.

  • One-on-one coaching calls - No refund for one-on-one coaching calls. Customer need to provide 24 hours prior notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching call otherwise it will be charged in full. 

  • No refund due to the customer's poor internet connection. 

  • For the purchase of packaged coaching call (i.e a package of 4 or 6 coaching calls) customers may use it at anytime and it won't expire.

Purchaser is solely responsible for: 

  • Choices made regarding the service purchased.

  • Not allowing children or other unauthorised family members or friends to access your credit cards or your account at the payment site to ensure that no one pays for a purchase without your express permission.

SHIPPING

As it’s a digital product, physical shipping is not required. We don't provide a CD or DVD. All coaching service delivered through Zoom or other digital meeting software/ platform.

DOUBLE PURCHASE

In case of double payment, due to any reason, you will get your 100% money back. Usually, our system automatically detects such transactions and refunds them. But if due for any reason mentioned actions are not triggered, please contact us through our Contact Us form.
